Managing 135,000,000+ installs as a solopreneur

When I started my company a few years ago as a solo bootstrapper, I didn't have the funds available to hire people. So I did everything myself. A little over 3 years later and now with over 135,000,000 installs I still don't have any employees. So how do I do it all?
I work a LOT! And I coded up a stable of Google Addons and Chat Apps to help me along the way. After seeing how helpful these were internally for me, I have been spending time to publish them for external usage.
After some nudges from some of my friends, like @Dave Abouav, @Clay Codes, and @Alice Keeler I am sharing some more of my experience for others to benefit as well.
I plan on sharing on 4 verticals:
- Development
- Support
- Marketing
- Business stuff
My goal is to share my learnings so others can follow their own passions as well!
