Where can I use Automagical Form Recycler?

Automagical Form Recycler is a Google Workplace Add-on. It's specifically made for Google Forms. You'll find a puzzle icon at the top of the window when you edit or create a Google Form. Select Form Recycler and the action you'd like to perform.

Do you store any Personal Identifiable Information (PII)?

The only information we store by default is the email address of the user. This is necessary to provide you with our apps and add-ons. We do take security very seriously and actively review our apps and add-ons to ensure your data is safe with us.

Is this COPPA and FERPA compliant?

As former teachers FERPA and COPPA compliance is super important to us. We are fully compliant and only store the email address of users that decide to use our integration. No other Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is stored by us.

Is this HIPPA / GDPR compliant?

We are fully compliant and only store the email address of users that decide to use our integration. Additionally, any services we use to process the information are HIPPA compliant on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon AWS services. If you would like us to remove your account and data from our databases, you can send your request to gdpr@automagicalapps.com.

Google Permissions

Form Recycler asks for the following permissions for reasons to work as you ask it to. We do not use the information for anything else or run in the background without you asking it to.

View and manage the files in your Google Drive
This is needed for permission to access your Google Drive to find Forms and add questions to the current Form
View and manage your spreadsheets in Google Drive
Form Recycler uses a temporary spreadsheet to create the new questions
Display and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars inside Google applications
This populates the menu to choose the questions from your Google Forms and the content in the sidebars
Allow this application to run when you are not present
This will allow the script to populate the Forms. We do not perform any actions that you have not asked us to do.
Connect to an external service
This helps to authorize you to allow us to find the Forms
View and manage your forms in Google Drive
This allows us to create the questions in the current Form
Google's Limited Use Policy Compliance
Automagical FormRecycler's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements which are stated here: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
