Automagical Flows is a Google Workspace Add-on. It currently works in Gmail (with Google Chat coming soon).
- Do you train your AI with my data?
No we use our proprietary models and do not train on your data. We will send your message to Open AI when you ask us to, everything else stays on the Google servers.
- Google's Limited Use Policy Compliance
Automagical Flows use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements which are stated here: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
Google Permissions
Automagical Flows asks for the following permissions for reasons to work as you ask it to. We do not use the information for anything else or run in the background without you asking it to.
- See, edit, create, and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app
- This is needed for permission to access files and templates that you ask it to use from your Drive
- See, edit, create, and delete all your Google Sheets spreadsheets
- Automagical Flows can use Sheets as templates when you ask it to, this permission allows that access. We only use it to access Spreadsheets you want it to.
- Connect to an external service
- This permission allows us to connect to Google servers for Firebase and any other apps you want to connect up with Automagical Flows.
- Manage drafts and send emails when you interact with the add-on
- This will allow the Addon to create a draft email response to a message or send a message if you ask it to.
- View your email messages when the add-on is running
- This permission gives the Addon the ability to read the current opened message when the Addon is open, nothing else.
- View your email message metadata when the add-on is running
- This permission gives the Addon the ability to read the current opened message metadata.
- Run as a Gmail add-on
- This permission gives the Addon the ability to run as a Gmail Addon.
- View your country, language, and timezone
- This permission gives the Addon the ability view the country, language, and timezone you specify in your Google account.
