Is it really free?

Yes, Automagical Nudge offers a Free for Life plan. This plan includes limited usage (e.g., a set number of active nudges or reminders) that renews every month, making it perfect for light users, students, or anyone who wants to try the core features indefinitely.

How do I install it? (Simple Setup)

Installation is simple and takes just a click. For the best experience, we recommend installing the Chrome Extension only. For Gmail Mobile app usage, install the Google Workspace Addon.

• Desktop: Install the Chrome Extension for the full-featured experience inside Gmail.
• Mobile: Install the Gmail Add-on to manage sequences and reminders from the Gmail app on iOS or Android.

How do automated follow-ups work?

You can create multi-step email sequences that send automatically on your schedule. For example, you can set a sequence to send a follow-up 3 days after your initial email, another 5 days after that, and so on. This eliminates the need for manual copy-pasting and ensures you never forget to follow up.

Do sequences stop when I get a reply?

Yes. This is our most critical feature. As soon as a recipient in the email thread replies, all future scheduled steps in that sequence are automatically canceled. This prevents you from sending an awkward or unnecessary follow-up email after you've already received a response.

Can AI help me write my follow-up emails?

Yes. When composing your sequence steps, you can use the "Generate with AI" button. Our AI will help you compose a professional follow-up email, and it can even incorporate context like the recipient's name to make it feel more personal.

Can I apply a sequence to multiple emails at once?

Yes. The Bulk Send feature allows you to select multiple email threads in your inbox and apply a Nudge Sequence to all of them simultaneously. This works for emails you've already sent or even emails you've received.

What is the Inbox Monitor?

The Inbox Monitor is an AI-powered dashboard that scans your recent emails (from the last month) to identify important messages that you may have missed or forgotten to respond to. It then summarizes these emails and suggests follow-up action items, helping you stay on top of your inbox.

How do Smart Email Reminders work?

Think of it as a simple, powerful "snooze" button for any email. You can add unlimited reminders to any message, whether it's in your inbox or one you've sent. Nudge will bring that email back to the top of your inbox at precisely the time you set. It's an excellent, lightweight alternative to other tools like Boomerang or FollowUpThen.

How does personalization work?

Nudge is designed to send emails that feel personal, not like spam. You can use dynamic variables (like the recipient's name) in your templates. Our system is built for a personalized, 1-to-1 feel rather than complex, impersonal mail merge campaigns.

Does it support formatting like bold, links, or images?

Yes. Nudge has full rich text support. You can compose your follow-ups with bold, italics, links, bulleted lists, and even inline images. All your formatting is perfectly preserved across templates and sequences.

Does it really work on the Gmail mobile app?

Yes. By installing the Gmail Workspace Add-on, you can use Nudge on the go. The add-on allows you to create and manage reminders, as well as apply your saved sequence templates to emails directly from the Gmail app on iOS or Android. All your activity stays in sync with your desktop.

Can I reuse my follow-up messages?

Yes. You can create and save an unlimited number of Reusable Templates. This is perfect for common workflows like sales outreach, recruiting, customer success check-ins, or event announcements.
