End-User License Agreement

Automagical Apps

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Unicorn Magic Inc., a Delaware C Corporation ("Unicorn Magic," "we," or "us") for the Automagical Apps software (the "Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, access, or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Unicorn Magic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your internal business purposes or, in the case of an individual license, for your personal use only.

• Individual License: If you have acquired an individual license, you may not use the Software in a manner intended to circumvent the need for a company-wide or domain license. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Software for the benefit of multiple users within a company or organization.
• Company-Wide or Domain License: If you have acquired a company-wide or domain license, you may use the Software for the authorized number of users within your company or organization as specified in your license agreement.
• Unlimited Usage: If your license permits unlimited usage, this refers to normal and reasonable use of the Software in accordance with its intended purpose. In the event of excessive or abnormal usage that may negatively impact the performance or stability of the Software for other users, Unicorn Magic reserves the right to implement reasonable limitations on your usage for a specified period.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software or any part thereof.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
• Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software.
• Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Intellectual Property

The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by Unicorn Magic. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Unicorn Magic does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unicorn Magic be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if Unicorn Magic has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Unicorn Magic may terminate this EULA at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies thereof.

6. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Unicorn Magic regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
