Individual subscriptions are tied to the email address you entered upon payment. If you wish to change the email address on the subscription, please contact support at support@automagicalapps.com to facilitate the change.
Renewal:
For subscription plans, your payment card will be automatically charged each period (i.e. monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
When to Cancel:
The paid subscription plans renew automatically and will continue to do so until you cancel your subscription.
If you purchased a subscription with the wrong email address by mistake, there is no need to cancel. Just email us at support@automagicalapps.com and we can transfer your subscription to the correct email address.

How to Cancel:
Cancellation of your subscription can be done by cancelling through the Customer Portal: portal.automagicalapps.com. You can also email us at support@automagicalapps.com to help you cancel.
Your subscription is still valid even if you uninstall the Addon or App. You must cancel it on the customer portal or contact us to cancel it.
Refunds:
We do not issue refunds nor prorate the subscription for unused time in the subscription period. When you cancel your subscription it will still be valid through the end of your current subscription period. You must cancel before the end of your current subscription period or it will automatically renew.
If you need help cancelling or do not want your subscription to auto-renew you can also contact us at support@automagicalapps.com to help out.
If you have an annual subscription and contact us within 7 days of the renewal payment and have not used the subscription after the renewal payment, we will cancel the subscription effective immediately and refund your recent payment. Email us at support@automagicalapps.com to facilitate this.
If you feel you are entitled to a refund, despite not meeting the requirements described above, you can email us at support@automagicalapps.com to make your request. Please include information on what plan you purchased, when you purchased it, and why you are requesting a refund.
